I'm planning to buy a pair of jogging shorts or trousers from Palm Angels in the near future for around 310 euros. I would like to buy from France, the delivery would be with DHL.

I'm coming to you to see if any of you have had any experience with them, either for their customer service or their ability to refund (rather easy/complicated, etc....)

I would like to try the DNA method, which is the simplest and best of all in my opinion.
