Palm Angels SE - Kikibosum - 01-04-2023

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy a pair of jogging shorts or trousers from Palm Angels in the near future for around 310 euros. I would like to buy from France, the delivery would be with DHL.

I'm coming to you to see if any of you have had any experience with them, either for their customer service or their ability to refund (rather easy/complicated, etc....)

I would like to try the DNA method, which is the simplest and best of all in my opinion. In their conditions it says: "THE PROVIDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN WWW.PALMANGELS.COM SITE NOR AS TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD TO YOU. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE CONTAINED ON OUR ORDER CONFIRMATION. THE PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

I am not a native English speaker so the translations I do are approximate and I do not know if these conditions exlude liability for packages. If someone can help me.

Thank you in advance Smile

I don't think that kind of remark is relevant here on this forum. This is a luxury site like any other

No worries bro, but do you have any experience with this site or GalerieLafayette if you know?

About the disclaimer, that is just legal jargon and them attempting to limit liability related to any damage to the goods or harm related to the use of goods or the site. I don't think that has any bearing on your SE. I don't have experience with the company but giving the DNA a go is either going to lead to success or failure. If they are a big company your odds of it succeeding are usually good, especially if you have a good story.

Mothered says all the time that you should always check the conditions and liability of the company for a DNA. It is true that these companies hide and disguise their terms and conditions, which makes the task complex. Also, I don't know if the French laws (my country), apply over the conditions of these companies...
I'll try to do the worst, I don't risk anything

^ That doesn't relate to liability for loss of goods.
