It was me, the claim took forever and it sucked. Had to contact like 5 times for the first refund. Definitely don't recommend refund, play it safe with getting another one and returning in store.

Was ur item signed off or anything?

Mine was just dropped. No signature no nothing.

Not signature, he wouldn't leave without it so I caught him on my Ring Doorbell as he was walking away with my package, said it was okay to drop off, he signed my last name.

Hmm what happens if you request replacement...then cancel order/replacement?
