Oh u just took the hit? Someone did a macbook earlier on here. Got refunded but charged again for the same reason they stated to you.

But they pushed back and got a refund eventually.  Their item was def 750+

It was me, the claim took forever and it sucked. Had to contact like 5 times for the first refund. Definitely don't recommend refund, play it safe with getting another one and returning in store.

Mine was just dropped. No signature no nothing.

Not signature, he wouldn't leave without it so I caught him on my Ring Doorbell as he was walking away with my package, said it was okay to drop off, he signed my last name.
