Tried to DNA with OTP which failed, then tried empty box method which resulted in me making a police report and Amazon approving a refund.
The longest part was getting Amazon to actually verify the police report (had to go through 5-10 CS associates) other than that it was smooth sailing.

Initially I only wanted to SE the MacBook but got greedy and lucky with the Switch.
Recently made a post asking for advice as it was my first SE (https://sinister.li/Thread-Amazon-OTP-MacBook-help).

Empty box with Macbook ? The macbook is too heavy for the EB no?
