From what I've heard Wayfair is rediculously easy; they've been getting pillaged for some time now.

Wayfair got hit hard during the times they were vulnerable to Instant refunds, and have since tightened their assessments.

They have a fraud department as well as an Internal legal department, and they also rebill. I'm not saying they cannot be SEd (every company can), but rather the need to take extra care when SEing them Is a must.
