Help returning item - buyers remorse - Apple Macbook #1
Hi guys,

I recently bought an Apple MacBook but really don't like it.

The retailer is telling me that I need to have the item repaired by the manufacturer and only then am I allowed a refund if that fails.

I contacted Apple and got them to confirm the "fault" in an email that they sent to the retailer. After this was sent I was hoping they would say that they would accept the return and refund me but they're saying since the item is over 30 days old and within 6 months of purchase, a repair is the only way.

I told them that the screen is going off intermittently. The retailer said I would need a Work Order Form from Apple to prove the repair and issue.

I've checked Google and found some photos of these but unsure of all the part numbers etc. Can anyone offer me any suggestions?

Ultimately I need this returned and refunded. It was purchased on finance so a chargeback isn't possible and this cost almost £2k.

Thank you.
