They've got 2 ways for you to send them POPs: one's through WhatsApp and the other one's through a link they send to you while you're on the phone with them.
Both ways obviously make the corrupted file method useless, as you're gonna upload the photos to either WhatsApp or their website.
Could you not come up with some excuse like you lost access to the amazon account with the invoice or something like that or will they just outright deny without a valid pop
