Dyson SN what to do ? - Troubilshow - 11-17-2022

Hey everyone !

A friend of mine ordered a lot of stuff from Dyson. I plan to do the SN Method, and ask for an RMA.

For the package I don't want to go through dry ice, could the disappearing ink be an option?

I want to receive a second time the products but at another address

Bless

Seems suitable for disposal of faulty item.
One idea could be to claim that the lamp is damaged and you've cut yourself (therefore you threw it out). Alternatively, edit the image via Photoshop to make it liable.

Ok so no need to get an RMA, with the faulty item it sends the product directly back no need to send it back?

thx a lot for your help btw

That's what the serial number method Is based on - claiming the Item Is faulty under warranty, and receiving a replacement.
