So i recently tried to hit on nike for 5 shoes totaling $660. Ive hit them before on different accounts with every identifiable detail changed (Name address phone payment method) and its worked multiple times before. This time Im not sure what i did wrong, I used an old account not related to my other ones at all thats atleast 8 years old with no previous SEs but when i claimed DNA for the package they right away sent it to the elite team for further review.

Today i received the email that said "Per our previous email to you on your alternate profiles, we are unable to provide any additional courtesy refunds for Nike.com orders on this account. We can no longer initiate any UPS/FedEx/LaserShip/USPS/OnTrac/CDL investigations or provide any further courtesies for packages sent to you. If you are still unable to locate your order please contact the carrier directly. If you believe your order may have been stolen, we recommend you consider reaching out to local law enforcement." Now i dont know where i messed up on this one but the fact that they identified more than 1 account surprises me. Now my question is does FTID work well with Nike or should i just chargeback with bank im not sure which one is more successful, i dont believe i can return as i have already sold some of the shoes thinking it would be a seamless process.
