I assisted him with the chargeback but haven't really talked to him after that, but i just asked someone else and he confirmed the 10kg chargeback was successful. He had problems with his haul so he just did a chargeback and told Paypal they didn't ship out his items i believe. I will edit this comment once i know more about the chargeback.
Believe it was with minimal complications, although he had to wait a while for the escalation and Paypal to review the chargeback.

Seems like It was well planned and pursued.
