Hello, I’m going to try a £200-£400 SE on sugargoo.com the only thing is I don’t know what method to do, weight will be about 8kg.

Sugargoo is a chinese based agent that buy (mainly) fake, counterfeit goods from people in china then out source it from china. Missing items is out of the story, they take pictures of whatever you buy and show it you, they also weigh it and inspect the packaging. Not sure about DNA, maybe. Returns would be difficult because they are thousands of kilometres away from me, which I doubt they would want to take returns. DNA probably the most viable option, if you think another method which is more effective, please inform me, thanks.

Could go for a Paypal chargeback, but they will blacklist your account. Some guy i knew did a 10k paypal chargeback on a 40kg haul with CSSbuy.  So that's still an option. EB won't work, DNA can work but depends on how you do it. It's your fault if it's wrong address or anything like that, read their terms.

How does that work could you explain the method in detail, I am trying to do a massive haul 1k and SE it if chargeback is an option, and i would be updating you guys

I stopped the SE, cancelled the dispute, i felt bad for sugargoo plus i really didn’t want my address blacklisted since sugargoo is way better than any other agent.

Do you know if they even responded to your dispute on paypal? i will open one and immediately escalate it i think

It wasn't really an SE as he had serious issues with his haul because they weren't shipping or something like that, but it just shows a chargeback is possible.
Just pay with Paypal and do a chargeback after they've shipped, or when you've received the haul. You will get blacklisted, obviously. So make sure your warehouse is empty. Claim you haven't received the haul or received the wrong items. Be sure to read Paypal's chargeback policy and select your method based on that. You could cut out a small hole in the box and take out items, most agents will want video proof of missing items if you go that route. So open the box on video and make sure you have everything on video as proof of missing items.

I assisted him with the chargeback but haven't really talked to him after that, but i just asked someone else and he confirmed the 10kg chargeback was successful. He had problems with his haul so he just did a chargeback and told Paypal they didn't ship out his items i believe. I will edit this comment once i know more about the chargeback.
