[Matapocho10]

Anyway the way to go is to photoshop with the help of a professional.
Even if you pay 20 euros, it will be worth it if they authorize a replacement worth 2000 euros.

But be ready because if they do accept the photoshop of the photo they asked, I think they will ask for the item back, which you don't have.

Also if they ask this it means they are obviously aware of these scams. Make sure the photoshop is good and that all additional data of the image are deleted (you can check the properties of the image to see additional data sometimes).

Yes, I'm trying to both insist that I don't have the product.
Let's say from this answer they want the photo with the ticket number ....
In the next few days I will try to understand if I have any chance.
In another SN of another big brand, unfortunately, I got a SN out of warranty and I'm betting at least on a discount coupon on a purchase.
This is Nvidia's answer:

Hello,

As we had informed you earlier, we require the image of the Serial and part number from the GPU along with the purchase receipt.

I am sorry but as there is no GPU there with you we can not process for replacement.

You may contact the place of purchase and check with them.

Best Regards,
