Hi, I want to share my SE experience on Nvidia.com
I found a SN and contacted the support chat.
Everything was fine when at a certain point he asked me for the purchase receipt and a photo of the faulty product.
I had done SE saying it was burned and smoked and my son couldn't play.
I was about to produce the receipt when he asked me to write a number on a card and photograph the GPU with the serial in view with the card nearby ....
I obviously tried to avoid this by insisting a lot but after other attempts she reiterated that she could not do nothing without these data and told me that I could provide them another day, then she closed the chat.
Has the SE failed?
How can I forge a photo by putting the note? too difficult.
The only method I can think of is corrupt file.
I know it will not be easy because we are talking about a 2000 € product.

Corrupt would work, or Photoshop. But the Photoshop method is going to be way more annoying

if you know anyone with the same card you could ask them to take a picture and photoshop that picture or pay a freelancer to do it, around 5 bucks

to use photoshop in this way you have to be good and have experience.
I could do it but the result would be poor and you would see that the image is modified.

I could do it but the result would be poor and you would see that the image is modified.
Perhaps a designer can do It for you.
