Just got off chat with them as the second agent said the same exact thing copy paste

He obviously referred to previous notes.

I demanded a superior and they gave. They said my case will get priority from a supervisor and once refund is processed ill get a refund confirmation within a 24hour period. Ill update again after I receive a confirmation.

So far It's heading In the right direction.
