As I’ve heard DPD are difficult to deal with when it comes to DNA.

They take photos and try to use It as evidence to decline the claim.

Just got off chat with them as the second agent said the same exact thing copy paste, I demanded a superior and they gave. They said my case will get priority from a supervisor and once refund is processed ill get a refund confirmation within a 24hour period. Ill update again after I receive a confirmation.

Just made a order it comes out to under $417, I think dna is the way to go lmk what you think or what i should expect

I have had 2 recent DNA experiences with Nike. Both successful, in the UK though.

One was instant refund on live chat for £250~ and another for £200~ on some custom ID’s which had a 5-8 day investigation and was concluded on the 7th day with a refund.

I should add, it went in my favour massively as delivery driver left the parcel unattended behind bin both times. (Hermes & UPS)

Don’t they normally bring it to a post office?

Although I only did a small DNA (90£) the refund was processed within 2 days they didn’t even bother checking

Yea i finally just recieved the email asking for a refund or replacement, id say a se well executed. It was kinda annoying dealing with the different agents but persistence beats all. Thanks for the help along the way
