Im expecting a call back today
any tips to keep in mind

What exactly did your SE Involve that ultimately led to the phone call?

A S/N that I just started today, I was in live chat and they said they need to call me back and can't proceed until so.

They called me not long ago and everything turned out well, stuck to the story, tried to act a lil bit panicked but collected.

It was stressful, I can't lie i was a bit shaky but now that I got passed that I feel much more confident.
