What exactly did your SE Involve that ultimately led to the phone call?

A S/N that I just started today, I was in live chat and they said they need to call me back and can't proceed until so.

They called me not long ago and everything turned out well, stuck to the story, tried to act a lil bit panicked but collected.

It was stressful, I can't lie i was a bit shaky but now that I got passed that I feel much more confident.

I used the disposed of faulty item method. the rep on the phone said that they need the device to investigate, I tried talking him out of it and he said that he'll see what he can do, and to send him a POP which I photoshoped.

Just waiting on an email and I'll update if I'm successfull.

Item cost is around 600€

Ok so it took a few days and a lot of persuasion but I received a picture of an empty Incident report from the Fire Brigade.

The problem is that the picture is a little bit grainy and id need to print it out and fill in myself. Any ideas of software or anyhing that could clean up the imge and make it look nicer.
