They did say i would hear back in 24-48 hours from them after the call i made to them but I havent heard back so i guess the case has been dropped?

There are many reasons why companies fail to reply In due course.

Don't wait for them to get back to you, always chase up your claim by getting In touch (In your case) every few days or so.

But they did say if i dont reply  to them to the emails before i made the call by the 28th of august i would be dealing with legal actions.

What was their "exact" reply?
