hey, so i have done the logitech SE on the g pro wireless multiple times.

Basically I just found someone on ebay or local marketplace, asked photos of the mouse with the serial numbers and then i messaged logitech using their online chat that the mouse doesnt work.

they wanted me to do their bs troubleshooting steps and i jus said it dont work lmao

and yeah no questions asked they just asked for adress and sent a new one, I keep the same photos and photoshop new serials on it and it usually always works

Update: just started to chat with the agent, went for the troubleshooting questions, blablabla.

Told him my mouse wasnt properly connecting and was DoubleClicking while i was just doing 1 click, he tried to help me with a guide but i told him isnt working.

he asked for SN and pop, provided SN and said i couldnt give pop because i bought the mouse for my son and as he wasnt complaining when i bought the mouse i threw away the ticket... Hope It works...

Now hes asking me to give him back the Broken mouse, so i think i Will have to box It...

yeah sure, feel free to dm me on site, i have a photo that you could photoshop for the images.

also be careful with the S/N's your best bet is to just ask people already selling them for it as the S/Ns are listed on the box for logitech devices
