SN Logitech method SPAIN - Kaz - 07-24-2022
Hey guys! Im looking to try the "SN method" on a mouse but i got 0 idea about It, is there anywhere i could read some info about It so i can try It lately?
Would like to try to SE this mouse: https://www.logitechg.com/es-es/products/gaming-mice/g502-hero-gaming-mouse.910-005471.html
And i found a video on YouTube showing the SN and the mouse itself so i may use in case they ask for some troubleshooting info.
Did some research and found that mouse double clicks instead of once, also that It cant Connect correctly, so will use that for my history.
Any ideas i should take care of before i start to Talk to them?

Did you thinked about EB it? I will give a try with the superlight on the website (Spain too) and see how the customer service respond

As far as i know, its claiming your device isnt working correctly due to an error, then they Will ask for a SN of the product and maybe a POP ( proof of purchase ), then if the device is un warranty they Will issue a replacement to your location, but before that they could ask for a POD ( thing i dont know how to handle apart of a corrupted file )

As far as i know, its claiming your device isnt working correctly due to an error, then they Will ask for a SN of the product and maybe a POP ( proof of purchase ), then if the device is un warranty they Will issue a replacement to your location, but before that they could ask for a POD ( thing i dont know how to handle apart of a corrupted file )
Yes, but every shop works differently, I don't know if Logitech ask for POD or they ask to return the item (then you have to box them)

hey, so i have done the logitech SE on the g pro wireless multiple times.
Basically I just found someone on ebay or local marketplace, asked photos of the mouse with the serial numbers and then i messaged logitech using their online chat that the mouse doesnt work.
they wanted me to do their bs troubleshooting steps and i jus said it dont work lmao
and yeah no questions asked they just asked for adress and sent a new one, I keep the same photos and photoshop new serials on it and it usually always works
