I got an email with a UPS label attached two days after I had received my refund, saying that I could return the "parcel" - either drop it off at an access point or arrange for pickup. I obviously ignored it because I wasn't going to bother sending back an empty Ray-Bans case. Around 3/4 days later a UPS driver came to collect the parcel.(08-04-2022, 02:12 AM)mothered Wrote:Refund got confirmed finally!(08-03-2022, 05:35 PM)010restadero Wrote: Clarify that I am doing the EB method, so the signature thing doesn't make sense. and I think it will be better to avoid giving my id cardAgreed.
Ask them to justify why they require your ID card.
But for some reason they're sending a ups driver round to collect my ray bans case??
He said he was here to collect a package for Ray-Ban. I told him there must've been a mistake because I certainly have no package to send. He just confusedly giggled and left.
Just as @mothered said, it's silly they'd arrange for an empty case to be shipped back to them. The cost of shipping, CO2 emissions, extra unnecessary work load... for an empty case.
