I have a lot of legitimate returns. There’s maybe 3 total SE  refunds on the account.

In that case, It doesn't warrant an OFM.

Ask them to explain why you received the email.

I went ahead and filed PR. I responded to their email with the PR and received the exact same email back. I don’t know if they saw it or what they’re doing. Was I supposed to just reply to the email with the attached PR? I’m perplexed as to why they sent the same email back when I sent a PR.

Did you actually send the PR as an attachment?
