So you can use the quest without trouble? You can download games from thirt parties and use it. Probably when they launch meta accounts these month you will be able to crate a new account.

Yeah, I can sideload apps with no problems. The only annoyance is being unable to access the Oculus Store, there are some nice free apps on there.

Not "ALL". Sideloaders don't list freely available apps because, otherwise, their list would grow infinitely long.
They're freely available from the store after all, aren't they? So go get them there.
If you can't... that's your own problem
