• The customer undertakes, after opening and checking the contents of the package(s) in the presence of the carrier, to sign the delivery receipt presented by the delivery person.
  
• By signing the delivery receipt without expressing any reservations, and accepting the products, the customer acknowledges having received the goods in a condition that gives him/her complete satisfaction.
  
• Therefore, any claim related to the condition of the delivered products will not be accepted.
  
• In case of delivery not in conformity with the order in quality or quantity, the customer must inform UBALDI.com, indicating the reference of the order.

As per their statement below, they're saying that after you've checked and signed the delivery, you accept receipt of goods. Simply sign with a fake signature, which Indicates It wasn't "you" who received, checked and signed the delivery.
