Hi friends,

I ordered an iphone 13 pro max from ubal di.com.

I wanted to DNA, but I did a lot on the same carrier in France (Chronopost), I was thinking of doing a boxing in dry ice, what do you think? Any feedback on this merchant?

First time SE ubaldi. I have legit purchase dyson 300e in november 2021.

I have a feeling that boxing won't work.

  • By signing the delivery receipt without expressing any reservations, and accepting the products, the customer acknowledges having received the goods in a condition that gives him/her complete satisfaction.
  • Therefore, any claim related to the condition of the delivered products will not be accepted.
  • In case of delivery not in conformity with the order in quality or quantity, the customer must inform UBALDI.com, indicating the reference of the order.

Am I wrong or can DNA work?

^ This relates to boxing, whereby they're suggesting to purchase Insurance to cover loss of goods.

The DNA can still work.

As per their statement below, they're saying that after you've checked and signed the delivery, you accept receipt of goods. Simply sign with a fake signature, which Indicates It wasn't "you" who received, checked and signed the delivery.

their conditions indicates that boxing isn't their responsibility?
But that of the carrier.

Otherwise I will test a DNA, I'll keep you informed.

It's not clear whether they accept responsibility.

As per below, what they've stated Is that they "recommend" the customer to get Insurance, meaning It's a suggestion and not a necessity.
