An ISR simply means that a signature will be requested from either someone at the delivery address, or from a nearby location such as your neighbour. What exactly Is your concern?

Not too concerned. Just wondering, should I sign this with a fake name and hope they don’t check ID? I’m trying to avoid them pointing out that it was signed for and denying a refund. Or even going further, FedEx coming back to interrogate people living with me that don’t know about the SE.
