Hey guys! Im looking to try the "SN method" on a mouse but i got 0 idea about It, is there anywhere i could read some info about It so i can try It lately?

---

Would like to try to SE this mouse: https://www.logitechg.com/es-es/products...05471.html

And i found a video on YouTube showing the SN and the mouse itself so i may use in case they ask for some troubleshooting info.

Did some research and found that mouse double clicks instead of once, also that It cant Connect correctly, so will use that for my history.

Any ideas i should take care of before i start to Talk to them?

Did you thinked about EB it? I will give a try with the superlight on the website (Spain too) and see how the customer service respond

I thought about that also, but the point is that right now i cant spend that money on a mouse to do a se which could go wrong
