Update: confirmation mail mentions that a signature with ID is required.

Will the driver take a copy of your ID, or purely verify It visually?

It seems like people that have ordered stuff like PS5s and etc recently have had the same listed on their order (21+ ID Check needed at delivery), but had them just left at the door. Other posts mention that ups/fedex don’t have time to check for ID so a signature is enough.

I’m hoping that it just gets left at the door like how my Xbox was delivered 2 years ago, no signature so there’s no complications. But at twice the value, I’m not sure if it’ll be that easy. Last thing I need is to have someone like the delivery man asking questions.
