Is there anyway I can satisfy the requirements or circumvent them in order to have the dispute sent to the network.I have a few things to ask you first. What was the item, method used in your se. Also did you already start the chargeback process. Those details will make easier for I and others on this board to help.
The total price was 2.6K for a Razer Laptop. I used RTS which I now regret. The scan showed the item as damaged and refused by recipient but later showed delivered. I didn't sign for the package even though it was suppose to be signed for, the deliverer just dropped it off. I did start the chargeback process as well.
