Help With CashApp Chargeback Case #1
I made a purchase on Amazon using a Cash App debit account with the intent to SE, however the SE failed and I'm now trying to do a chargeback with Cash App. They've asked for proof of an investigation with UPS so they can send the dispute to their network. Is there anyway I can satisfy the requirements or circumvent them in order to have the dispute sent to the network.

I have a few things to ask you first. What was the item, method used in your se. Also did you already start the chargeback process. Those details will make easier for I and others on this board to help.
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

The total price was 2.6K for a Razer Laptop. I used RTS which I now regret. The scan showed the item as damaged and refused by recipient but later showed delivered. I didn't sign for the package even though it was suppose to be signed for, the deliverer just dropped it off. I did start the chargeback process as well.

One issue that may come up during the charge back is if the company tells your bank "If he recieved a damaged product he had the responsibility to refuse the package, but it was not refused hence why it was marked as delivered. Also what was there reason for denying your claim?

Cashapp didn't deny the claim they asked for proof that UPS does an investigation and their finding in order to process the chargeback.

If you're referring to Amazon, they just closed the account, never gave a reason for closing the account.

Did you forward the above details at the time of the chargeback?

They ask you to fill out a form asking for things like the tracking number and other details. I put the detail portion that the item was never signed for.

Real time strategy. May also reference to return to sender occasionally.
