They asked for my address, full name and phone number "in case the carrier needs to contact you". However, they didn't say if it was for a return or to send me a new one.

The return Is on them, so I'd say It's related to receiving the package.

I'm thinking of editing the POP sent by the individual seller and only changing his personal credentials, leaving order number etc untouched. Would that work? Or would it be better to just make a fake POP from the same store?

I tried buying it in-store in cash, but my only options are online orders with no pick-up points nor drop addys available.
