I take it you are somewhere in Europe? Considering the risk, I’m not sure SEing an electric moped is worth it. Maybe for reselling purposes in order to then legitimately buy one with the profit?

Also, don’t take my word for it but I think Niu mopeds are GPS enabled, which further complicates your endeavor.

As an aside, kick scooters are insanely easy to SE in North America so I might try my luck with a moped next. Will report soon.
