Hey! I received my meta quest 2 yesterday, after some hours, i contacted them via live chat and told them that the box was empty and that it was a gift for this wednesday.
The only thing he asked me for was the order number and a picture of the empty box, then he transferred me to another department.

today ive received a reply from the other department with the following request

Well, from what I see, it seems that when you received the order and opened it, you saw that the package is empty.
In this case, it is necessary that you please send us photos where you can clearly see the labels on the package and thus contrast the data with the database.

The problem is that in the box with the shipping data, it indicates the weight of the package (+2kg).

Should i just say that i have thrown away the box? or just tear off the label that indicates the weight?
