So basically i have to order cheapest shoes with the simmilar weight using different account and adress?

I'd go with EB, they do not track the weight here like they do in other regions, it's all very half-assed. I also currently reside in Lithuania and over 4 years I haven't encountered any issues with this method on dozens of stores, Zalando included. At your own risk, of course.

what are your favourite sites and methods at the moment ?

I haven't refunded anything in a while but I used to EB AirPods from Amazon.de twice a month on new accounts. Worked dozens of times.
