Zalando partial refund lithuania - ponasG - 06-21-2022
Hello guys, i would like to do my first refund on the shoes that cost around 200Euros. i`ve also added some cheap stuff to make my order look more legit.
What should i tell them to have the best chances at getting a refund?(DNA is not an option).

So you make 2 accounts, order two shoes 1 cheap and one expensive, then you say when they both arrive that its the wrong item, and send the cheap ones back?
How do you go on with name, in my country you have to show id when recieving a parcel.

I'd go with EB, they do not track the weight here like they do in other regions, it's all very half-assed. I also currently reside in Lithuania and over 4 years I haven't encountered any issues with this method on dozens of stores, Zalando included. At your own risk, of course.
