New update got this in my email today how should i continue?

Mar we please ask you to attach a video demonstrating the fault and locate the Serial Number on your device (check USB Dongle compartment) together with your ticket number "XYZ" handwritten on a piece of paper then show it at the start/end of the video (pause for at least 3-5 seconds showing the numbers).

If the file is too large to be attached, please upload on Google Drive’

Unless you have the mouse and you can make the video, send them corrupted files. It will be a lengthy process, but it may succeed if you keep being adamant!
