where do you go to fill a police report?

At your local police station or (where available) online.

and when it asks for your personal information are you meant to actually give it?

Correct.

Never falsify your details.

Just wondering, if you are SE'ing for a long-time and have encountered multiple request for PR what do you do? Won't it raise suspicion if you have multiple PR for SE? For instance if I SE a new phone every two years won't I have a build up of PR's? Thanks!
