Just wondering, if you are SE'ing for a long-time and have encountered multiple request for PR what do you do? Won't it raise suspicion if you have multiple PR for SE? For instance if I SE a new phone every two years won't I have a build up of PR's? Thanks!

Absolutely.

Although the police don't generally dig up previous (archived) reports unless there's reason to do so, always try and keep PRs down to a minimum.
