In the event of an Investigation, are they willing to support your claim for nonreceipt of goods?

Just curious, if the package is delivered to a pickup point, where i have to ask for the package, mentioning the trackingnumber and get it pushed over the counter and they scan it as delivered, will the DNA be off the table?

Human error Is Inevitable, hence your package was given to the wrong person on collection. I've legitimately experienced It a number of times. Are there any CCTV cameras In place?

Right. There are possibly a camera or two I think, yeah. But how far do they actually crosscheck, lets say i go receive the package and afterwards complain that it has been marked as delivered, but i havent seen or signed for the package?
