Bose quiet comfort 45 - bag02craso - 06-15-2022

Hi,
Today Ive ordered the mentioned headset from Amazon. What would be the go through method for this? The package will most likely be delivered to a shop nearby, hence no delivery directly to the door with no signature. Is EB method viable or is the weight too high?

440 grams Is too heavy for the EB/missing Item method, namely when an Investigation Is opened and the weight Is cross-checked.

I see. So what good method would I use in this case?
I dont know the shop owners personally, but im familiar with the two shops it can be dropped off at.
It CAN be delivered to the door if im lucky, but will most likely be delivered to a small kiosk/parcelshop nearby.

Try to open it with no signs and put something similar there instead of original item. They call it sealed box method. Then, sent item back.

Its packaging Is manufactured with a single paper pull tab seal on one end of the box, hence the method Is perfectly suited.

I might have phrased it wrong. I do know the shop and how they do, but what i meant is that i dont know them "privately". Would you completely disregard the DNA method?

Just curious, if the package is delivered to a pickup point, where i have to ask for the package, mentioning the trackingnumber and get it pushed over the counter and they scan it as delivered, will the DNA be off the table? Even if stating that the pickup point had errors and marked all packages as received even they though they "didnt receive it" or something?

In the event of an Investigation, are they willing to support your claim for nonreceipt of goods?

It can still be DNAd.

Human error Is Inevitable, hence your package was given to the wrong person on collection. I've legitimately experienced It a number of times. Are there any CCTV cameras In place?

Right. There are possibly a camera or two I think, yeah. But how far do they actually crosscheck, lets say i go receive the package and afterwards complain that it has been marked as delivered, but i havent seen or signed for the package?

I see, I guess ill see what happens. Perhaps im lucky enough to be home when its delivered.

On another note, do you think I can convince them its not working and convince them to not wanting the item sent back?
