UPDATE: Okay so they have started an investigation, after 4 emails of telling me that they cant refund unless they get the box returned, they finally gave me a "form" to fill where i have to write my order id, tracking id, delivery and todays date, and answer a question "Have you experienced prior packages from Amazon with parts/items missing?" and tell what items were missing, i told them that only the airpods were missing and that i've got delivered parcel box, airpods box (also mentioned that the boxes were properly sealed). I have filled the form and sent it to them.

Should I keep going further and still expect the refund or should i just return the item?
