I was about to buy airpods, it stated that on delivery I'll need to verify by saying my OTP from my emails.
Does this mean they've flagged every account or is it random?

An OTP Is simply used to verify you've received the package, so there's absolutely no cause for concern.

I was planning to do an EB on these airpods but if they can see my previous purchases on my other accounts then I don't want to risk it.

How many SEs have been performed on the other accounts? Has suspicion been raised at any point?
Around 5, but none of them were massive purchases (only kept around £50 or less)
Also, did you change "every Identifiable detail" on this account?

I change the names, phone numbers, but the address I only tweak a little but keep the same place? Is that a problem?

As I'm writing this, I've just logged into my new made amazon account on a tor browser. I ordered a pair of airpods yesterday and they've put my account on hold due to "unusual payment activity". Why is this? They want my most recent statement including my name, address, phone no. , and last 4 digits...
