I got a serial number off ebay for an iPhone 13 Pro Max that was under warranty and registered a repair.

They sent me the returns box.
I Filled it with dry ice just over the weight of the phone.
I rushed to post office and sent it off.
Now been a week or 2 and there weren't any updates.
But now I got an email stating the repair was cancelled.
I get back in touch and ask what the issue is and if its because I have to pay for the repairs because I'm still under warranty..

Advisor tell me she can't see any information but to resolve the issue I need to talk to the dedicated team who deal with repairs who are not avaliable at the moment.

Should I try chat early in the morning?

Any advice or should I just grow some balls and take the call?

Bit nervous considering I never logged into my apple I'd or anything on the phone haha
