I finally got one today... informing me that the POP could not be validated

Tell them you've sent the Incorrect POP that belongs to another purchase of the same type, then use the corrupted file method.

Will give this a go, they are painfully slow at replying through email and they have no phone number when it gets passed to this team so I am not expecting any sort of reply but will try my best!
