Lenovo Laptop SE Failed? - johnnyboiog88 - 06-07-2022
I got the serial of a Lenovo laptop a couple weeks ago, SE'd my way into returning it and paid for a UPS scan to say it is on its way.
After about 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted Lenovo again and they told me to contact UPS so I did and the parcel was marked Lost In Transit.
My Lenovo support case was pushed up to a Customer Care Case Manager, he asked for Proof of Purchase, I used receipt mansion to create a fake POP with accurate details according to the Amazon listing. I have been waiting over a week for a reply from Lenovo and I finally got one today... informing me that the POP could not be validated. I am now at a loss, is this SE over? I have a sad feeling it is but I was wondering if this had happened to anyone in the past, and if so, were you able to work your way around it?

I did this with a legit receipt from a real order and used a UPS scan service that it showed it was delivered. I think UPS and Lenovo are getting flooded with this kind of method and they declining everything or doing some investigastion.

Will give this a go, they are painfully slow at replying through email and they have no phone number when it gets passed to this team so I am not expecting any sort of reply but will try my best!

You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain - should the SE succeed.
