Hi all. Apparently it is no longer possible to work with zalando.
If you call them on the phone, they say that they cannot help by phone and send them to the mail or chat. If you write to them in the chat, they say that an investigation is underway and every time they apologize for the delays. They don't give dates. They just apologize every time. So not only with me, I asked around people, everyone has such a story.
