, though the tracking says it was delivered/received an incorrect item/received an empty package.

We have investigated this matter with the carrier. It appears that this package was delivered intact in condition and correct Item was shipped.

Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.
