Hi guys,

Ive been in contact with nintendo and am currently doing an FTID. They are mad anal about it I sent an envelope with the edited return label and it got delivered yesterday. I edited the POP receipt to show the same weight as when it was delivered. They are saying they need to check they have received the package in the warehouse even after getting the POP receipt, is this normal? wtf do i do now other than wait. the reps do not budge on this and claim they dont have the power and only the dedicated team does.
