Ok, i did DNA and the guy talking to me on the phone said he is going to be my support in this process and he asked me to call UPS and ask where my package is and why they didn't deliver at my house

It's not your responsibility to contact the carrier.

You've purchased through Adidas and they're handling your claim, so It's their role to open an Investigation, and liaise with UPS themselves.
